Nomination and Award Process

 
Nominations for the award will be made through an online form on the Road Glide National Rally Website.  These nominations will be received and reviewed by the committee to determine the annual recipient. 

The chair and the committee will receive the nominations prior to the Road Glide National Rally and will meet at the first day of the annual event to make their decision. The decision will be made by a majority vote.  Members of the committee will be required to respect the process and keep the nominations, discussions, voting processes and the results confidential. 

The committee will reveal their choice at the annual Road Glide National Rally at a time determined by the Spirit Award Chair in conjunction with the event chair and the RGNR Board of Directors.
