NOTE: We have have filled our reserved room blocks at the Hilton Garden Inn and the Fairfield Inn. Another 20 room block is being established at the Holiday Inn next door for the same pricing. It’s literally across the parking lot from the host hotel, but the opposite direction as the Fairfield, and is managed by the same management group so we can transfer reservations back and forth if needed. We will post a booking link very soon.
Troy Belliston is maintaining a back up list. If you have a room and intend not to use it please do not cancel, contact Troy for him to make arrangements to transfer your room to someone on the back up list
